Senior Associate (Corporate/M&A/Funds)

We are an independent boutique corporate law practice with particular expertise in local and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and fundraising transactions (including for early-stage/growth companies).

Our firm is led by a recognised leading practitioner in the area of Corporate / M&A and one of Singapore’s top 100 lawyers.

We actively represent regional and international clients and are experienced in coordinating matters spanning multiple jurisdictions. Our clients include start-ups/early-stage/growth companies, SMEs, VC/PE firms, public listed companies, and multi-national corporations in the marine, healthcare, education and technology sectors.

What are we looking for:

• Singapore qualified lawyer with more than 4 years post-qualification experience (> 4 years PQE)

• experience in corporate, M&A transactions or funds work preferred

• a self-starter and detail-oriented individual eager to learn with a commitment to delivering high-quality work

• strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
